"If I could, I'd write a huge encyclopedia just about the words luck and coincidence."
"When a person really desires something, all the Universe conspires to help them realize their dream..."
If the Universe really does conspire in our favor when we truly want something, what would you do?
Until August of 2010, life seemed completely normal to Renee. But all of that quickly changed soon after she arrived in New York City.
After traveling around South America for fourteen months, the thirty-one-year-old former pharmaceutical sales rep returns to Los Angeles still pondering what to do next in life. When invited to New York City to meet up with an adorable Finnish girl she met in Rio de Janeiro, she finally understands the magic that attracts millions of people to the iconic city each year. Feeling "stuck," Renee begins to ask herself one very simple question: What do I really want? Little did she expect what would come next.
Through a series of serendipitous meetings and chance encounter, Renee suddenly finds herself immersed in a world that challenges her every belief about the way the Universe works and the Laws of Nature. Coincidentally Charmed: A Memoir Inspired By Serendipity is Renee's first book in a nonfiction trilogy. What began as a curiosity about Paulo Coelho's famed novel, The Alchemist, slowly transforms into a tangled web of lucky omens, synchronicities, ancient wisdom, numerology, spiritual teachers, fortune-tellers and more.
Renee is an American coach, consultant, writer and traveler. Originally born in Brooklyn, New York and raised in Los Angeles, Renee has lived in Chicago, Brazil, Argentina, Hawaii, Barcelona and, most recently, The Bahamas. She currently spends her time traveling, writing and enjoying time with her family and dog, Mikey, when she is in Los Angeles.
